To enlarge on Steve's reply: .LHA is a file compression technique. So if
you download "FILE.LHA", FILE has been packed with LHA to reduce the
FILE's overall size. You will need the .LHA program (available in the
libraries here) to de-compress the files.

Depending on the MOD player you're using (in the Amiga world, don't know about
PC players) you don't even have to bother to decompress the .LHA file, the
player will decompress on the file and play the song.
