Aaron, what do you mean by big? Do you mean capable of the biggest earthquakes? If so, what you really want is a list of the biggest earthquakes in historical times, because there may be faults out there that haven't ruptured recently enough for us to know about them. Or do you mean the longest faults (San Andreas ranks right up there) or the biggest surface area (here you'd want a subduction zone fault like the one beneath the Aleutians or Tonga-Kermadec trench.
