Doug-
I have uploaded an abbreviated version of the August issue of the Mining
Business Digest. It is an ASSCII file and zipped. Hope it works ok; my first
shot at an upload.

Frank L.
Hi, Frank–
I was unable to unzip MBDAUG.ZIP. I see it described as "Text", but a .ZIP
file (or any compressed/archived file) must be uploaded as "Binary" to be
usable. The type of the file inside the archive (.ZIP) may be text, but that
has nothing to do with the archive's type.
Since a text file can be uploaded as binary without any real problem, but not
vice versa, I recommend choosing "binary" whenever there is the slightest
doubt.
In case I misunderstand the library entry — did you use PKZIP 2.04g or older?
If there is a newer version out, that might have caused me the trouble.
I am asking the other sysops to delete the present MBDAUG.ZIP from the library,
since I figure no one can use it. Would you pleas upload it again as binary?
