Apparently (according to DPleasance in telecom with Electronic Design on 10.
August and reported to ourselves by hem on 11. August), the "Board of
Creditors" were to be shown the bids on 12. August and a decision could be
communicated to the successful bidder as early as 15. August-
It is understood that Commo UK has made the highest offer so far.
If the Board of Creditors decide to accept the bid, it then has to be approved
by the Courts in the Bahamas. This could take 2-3 weeks (i.e. before the
decision is made public)
