Hello
I have recently purchased the DeskTop Set Professional Version 4.1a from a
local computer shop. No registration card was included in the box. Would you
please advise to whom I should send my name, address and product serial number?
Also please indicate whether you prefer E-mail or by post office.
I have been using the Junior DeskTop Set happily for awhile and decided the
extra features in the full version would be useful.
I have noticed some people have version 4.0c and others have 4.1a. Are there
any significant differences between the two? After the pending update will
there be only one version?

4.0c and 4.1a are one and the same product; there is no difference between them
(just a guess, but I suspect the change in number had to do with a surge in
sales following the recent Editor's Choice, running out of 4.0 manuals,
bringing 4.1 manuals on line early, and changing version number to try to
prevent user confusion: "I have 4.0, but my manual is for 4.1").
You probably know that the 4.1b update will be downloadable from the forum
library. Shouldn't be too long now.
BTW (can't resist promoting my own freeware), as you have now moved up to Pro,
do you also happen to use WPWin 6.0a? I have an integration macro you may find
useful, which I'd be happy to e-mail you.

Thanks for the version level info. It is much appreciated. The folks in the
Okna section seem to be a pretty supportive bunch based on following the
message traffic here.
Thanks for the macro info also. However I use Q & A Write word processor ( w/o
the database) rather than Word Perfect.

Glad to be of help. And yes, this is a very supportive forum. The most
arcane, inprobable questions receive very quick and authoratitative responses.
Hope you enjoy DTS Pro. Do keep browsing though the manual. I had to read it
cover to cover recently, and I, a user for a number of years, was amazed at all
the things it can do that I had not known about before.
