Again, when I added an appointment, OKNA blew away two appointments on the same
page. Why is this happening? Can it be prevented? What is the name and
address of your competitor which does NOT "blow away" my appointments?
How can I count on your software?

ps everything else is pretty nice, except the Phonebook "paste" (from windows
clipboard) does not recognize enough of the obvious fields, especially when the
clipboard text is in a very obvious order (fname, lname, address, city-st-zip,
ph#, fax#).

I don't recall an earlier message on this topic from you. I have checked with
the other reps here and no one has heard of your "blow away" problem. Please
make a backup of your files using the DTS backup utlity and send it to me at
Okna Corp. 12 Route 17 North, Suite 212, Paramus NJ 07652. I would be happy to
take a look at it. Also, please give me specifics on how the problems occurs.
Here are the names and numbers of some of our competitors, I am not familiar
nor do I have specifics on how their calendars work.

The "paste" in Address Book will pick up all information saved in the
Clipboard. DeskTop Set will pull all data into a "card data" box so you can
assign all data to the correct fields. I will let our development group know
about your suggestion.
