What exactly is the problem you are having?
Have you configured your filters by choosing browse? Browse and select the
\animator\kpt directory.
Have you turned on the time button?
To fine tune some filters when you are using version 1c0: right click on the
background color and change it to white. This is unneccessary in 1C1 which
applies filter much more elegantly than 1C0.

Filter over time – OK
I can apply a filter and move it about over time so I've got my filters
working and can move them in key frames OK.
But what I want is to have 10% application of a filter in the first key frame
and a100% application on the second key frame
