Don't stay in San Francisco then <?>. All depends on what turns you on.
Myself, I'd head North into Marin & Sonoma county, walk in the woods, maybe do
the Sonoma Farm Tours (baby animals, food, etc.), picnic your way through the
wineries in Napa, etc.
