You can get the Tips and Tricks books from Barnes & Noble in some cities, or
via mail order from Digimation, 1-800-854-4496.
Even if your local Barnes & Noble doesn't carry the books, you can always get
them to order it. Just be sure to roundly chastise them for such a grievous
error.
