Okay……I have Windows3.1….DOS6.22…Windows NT……Windows95(soon)….
etc..etc.. ALL sitting in front of me….Which is the best for 3DS4..?????

3DSR4 – DOS 6.22, maybe OS/2 if you want to hassle with it. But at this point
with 3DStudio for NT coming soon, why bother.

My ACadR13/Designer/ASurf runs great under NT 3.51 on a P100/32MB.
How do you like NT? I have it here, but have not put it on any of the machines.
The company I work with is just starting to put it on their machines… I would
appreciate any info (querks, problems, comments, etc..) that you may have.

Windows NT. Also keep in mind that 3DS MAX will run in Windows NT.

If you'd like to take a gander at the interface, Michael, search the libraries
using MAX as a keyword and DL some GIF screengrabs of the UI.

Ha! That's for sure… I put up one of the GIFs and studied it for fifteen or
twenty minutes. At one point, I forgot I was looking at a GIF and tried to
click on one of the buttons — whoops, reality check!!
