Does anyone have any recommendations for a dual pentium mobo?

While I was sitting in the Autodesk booth between demonstrations, someone
handed me a flyer (I don't recall if it was an Autodesk employee) for a
CompuAdd 133MHz Dual Pentium System. It is only a spec sheet and photo. No
prices on it. The phone number at the bottom is 1-800-765-7603. They are in
Austin, Texas, and no local numbers are provided. They have a 30 day money
back guarantee (according to the add).
I am not affiliated with CompuAdd, and only pass this on because you asked. I
don't have one, and have no experience with them.
Hope this helps a little.
I don't know if Micron sells one, but I have heard good things about Micron.

I thought it was, but somehow I thought it was a 120Mhz dual pentium system at
the show. So the CompuAdd offer would be even faster. WOW!
While I have your attention, from all I can gather in the literature I picked
up, (the "Extra! Extra! Extra" newsletter, and the "Show Specials" flyer) the
upgrade price from 4 to MAX will be about $990.00. Is that correct? I didn't
hear anyone mention this at the show, but I was in a daze anyway. If the price
will be any higher than this, it might be wise to purchase another version of
3DS now to get it and one of the plug-ins mentioned at the best price going,
plus the upgrade to MAX for $495.

The only number I know of is the $495 if initiatedbefore MAX ships. I do not
know how much higher the price will be after we ship. Please contact your

Only if before? The following quote is from one of the MAX library files under
the heading Pricing and Availability:
"All 3D Studio R4 customers, including those who purchase the product between

Can you please tell me, if this price and the announcements in time are the
same in germany? In the past it seems, that Mr. Hoefler from Adesk Germany
needs more money than his friends on the other side of the ocean! 🙁
