You seen, I agree with you. But nobody is going to pay that kind of money for a not useful, just terrain generator. It will probably only appeal to big company like Sierra, or movie production. My previous statements were spoken for the vast, low budget production house, and freelancers out there. In stead of seeing a high priced, not usefull package, we would like to see something that can be put in in many projects, such as a body generator that is as advanced as the WorlBuilder, so even it's expensive, it will be worth the money, for our budget.

Poser is a neat toy, but I wouldn't put anything that was generated by it into any rendering of mine. World Builder, on the other hand, was AMAZING. Very versitile (unlike Bryce or VistaPro) with beautiful output. Particle system grass blowing in the wind, reflection/refraction on the rippling water, the list goes on and on. A great product, I'll be picking a copy up for our next project. BTW, it's $1495 normally, now thru Aug 31 it's $995. – Dan / n-Space, Inc.
