Out here the Starbucks just ain't what it is in Seattle. In Seattle when I
order latte, I'm asked "1, 2, or 3?", meaning "how many shots of espresso do
you want in that?" In the Philly area when I order a latte, I'm asked "would
you like decaf or regular?"

There was a great cartoon in the window of a store in Seattel, "Night of the
Living Latte'".
It showed several wide eyed people holding Latte's and walking around like
zombies.
Have you heard if ESCOM has contacted any certified developers? I haven't
received
any information from them myself. Also, I haven't looked in a bit but last
time I checked the
forums on BIX were still there.

I haven't heard anything from ESCOM yet either. They need to get moving.
As of August 8th, the developer and other Amiga conference rooms were still
going on BIX. Not much else though as far as I could see. I got tired of
waiting to see if ESCOM was going to use BIX for developer support and dropped
my BIX account last week. I just couldn't justify spending my limited cash
supply on it any more.

It is likely that ESCOM would find either CompuServe or the Internet to be more
convenient than BIX. Both are more accessible from all over the world.
