#Rush to Amiga.

big way.
Some how I think they will light a fire alright but I think they would BURN
their Amigas if they knew that their system is becomming extinct. They are
only interested on doing the job not to try to gain people support on what they
use. Did you ever see any great public advertisement for M1 format, or Beta,
3/4 inch? Hey, as long as they have somewhere else to go they just do it.
Of course thiis is just my opinion.

Eduard,
<<Hey, as long as they have somewhere else to go they just do it.>>
There is some truth to what you are saying, but, I've found, especially in
the Amiga community, a love for the machine and it's O/S that trancends the
desire to merely get the job done.
We Amigans, and Toaster users, feel that we are part of something special.
That's why there is so much resentment in the AmigaVendor forum over the
problems with the VTFlyer and it's software. Those that invested in it are
extremely dissapointed, you might say hurt, by Newteks release of an unfinished
product, and, at least initially, the lack of support. That has change however,
and it looks like the Flyer will end up the winner it is intended to be.
As far as those who jump ship at the first sign of trouble; how long can you
tread water? ;^) <G>
Take care,
