I'm looking for an Amiga utility that would read or convert graphics from the Color Computer (CoCo) from Tandy. I checked the CoCo forum but there is no way to do a search. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. <8-)

If you could tell me what format the files are saved in, I might better steer you to a program that will view or convert them for you. It would also help if you told me which Amiga (and what OS) you want to view them on. Asha @}–`–,-

Hi Geoff, >> Do you know of anything to view #?.bmp files? << If you have AmigaOS 3.0+ there is a BMP datatype available, allowing you to use BMP-files in all programs that support datatypes. If not, you can use ImageFX or SuperView to view/convert BMP-files. I use ImageFX a lot to convert all kinds of graphic-formats to BMP for use as backdrop on a pentium at work. There seems to be some confusion about the definition of BMP because most of them don't come out correct. I usually have to load them into Paintbrush and save them again to get them to display right. Geoff, <Do you know of anything to view #?.bmp files?> Sure! If you're running OS 3.0 or higher, you can view them with Multiview and the BMP datatype. If not, there are several programs that will do that for you, amoung which are: ImageFX, Photogenics, AdPro (all commercial, but they will also convert and do image manipulation and other really nice things), Viewtek, Superview and Rend24 (which are are all PD/Shareware).
