#where is ADGUID.TXT?

Hi, my offline reader NavCIS told me that he can`t download ADGUID.TXT from LIB 9. I want to make a RayMan 1.5 announcement as soon as possible. Can you tell me where I can find ADGUID.TXT? Thank you very much in advance. Michael
