Leonard, after I replied to your message, I decided to try it for myself to
make sure I'm not giving you a bum steer. The name of the program you'll need
is ARC512.EQE, and it is indeed where I said it was. That's the good news.
The bad news is you'll have to unsqueeze it using NUSQ.COM, which you'll also
find in DL3.
Of course, if your computer is not an IBM or clone, I don't know the answer
