From reading up on it, it sees the S-box is the bone of contention. No one
seemms to know from whence it sprang and arguments on changing it have been met
with a menacing stare from the NSA. No words, just the stare.
Still, the algorithm is a neat one and can be used for 'really' random
returns if you don't mind a bit of slowness. Infinite period random sequences
seem a possibilty.
