Video Graphics Overlay

I appreciate your information very much. I was kinda torn because I
thought initially my Amiga investment might be less expensive, but I
already own several hundred dollars in Mac software. Then I would be
compatible with my office. But in Videomaker and Camcorder there are
always articles on the Amiga and it is hard to get info on the Mac. For the
Amiga, I was looking at the Video Toaster. Whatever I do, at $130 per
wedding it is going to be a bit before it is paid off….but people just
won't buy a video if it costs a whole bunch of money after buying a still
photog. I figure a little money is better than none. Thanks again for your
help! I will probably pick your brain again.
What type of Mac software do you own? Did you realize that there is a Mac
emulator for the Amiga?

Yeah, someone was telling me about the Amax. Well, on my Mac I use
Pagemaker, Word, Managing your MOney, Illustrator, MacDraw, Super
superpaint, Filemaker, Cricket graph, etc. I think, now, however, I'm going
to go ahead and get a loan for the Mac. I may be kicking myself later
wanting one entirely compatable.
You might want to call ReadySoft before you make any decisions. They can
probably tell you about the compatibility issues.
Good luck with your decision.
Steve
Gee, the guys around here who have AMAX have their Macphreak friends at
work in tears. Seems that the AMAX runs circles around the standard Macs,
and it will even run some programs which REAL Macs won't.

The guy who inherited the local Atari user group from me (when I went
Amiga), tells the same story about the Magic Sac for the ST. He says it's
faster than a real Mac and runs more software.
