Roy, You keep forgetting that until today they were saying that they would charge a restocking fee and only after providing a return authorization number without which they would refuse shipment. Since I was no way going to pay a restocking fee, I certainly wasn't going to send the compiler to myself via Redwood City to the tune of $5 – $10! Also it says nothing in the ad about restocking fees and when I've had, on two occasions in the past, to exchange merchandise with them, there was no restocking fee. Now its beginning to look like a couple of sales persons and a manager who were throwing up a smoke screen because they did not want to work the problem. My purpose in stopping the credit card payment and holding the product was that either in dealing with the credit card company, or later when they realized I was not going to be jerked around they would have dropped the restocking fee stuff and given me the return authorization number. As it turns out, it took two more phone calls on my part to locate a grunt at Go-Amigo AFTER THE MANAGER LEFT TOWN who would contact SAS and work the problem. It seems the wrong guy is manager up there and there are several sleaze-balls who have slipped into their sales department lately. But it seems to ber about 2 more weeks until it is all cleard up (making a one month delivery on something I ordered O/Nite express ans which they told me was in stock! ;^} ) wmc
