Getting screen fonts is really tricky.. probably you'd have to use
PixelScript to interpret the PS font code into a screen pic. of all the
char.s in the font, then use calligrapher to grab them from the IFF into
AMiga screen fonts. To use the font in PPage without an accurate on-screen
version is somewhat easier, but still requires the
AFM to .metric conversion util. which GD must use… try asking GD to
convert that font for you… or call Lion Kuntz (415) 431-1799 he converts
PS fonts to Amiga in his sleep.

Being a PageSetter-II owner, I would like to see a utility to convert Adobe
fonts to Compugraphic format. I think it would be an ideal way to get both
printer and screen representations on many packages (including AmigaDOS
itself in the future).
Chris, in Library 11 (I'm pretty sure) there is a program that will do
that. It contains several programs – one to unpacka the Mac fonts, and one
to convert the results to each of the types yhou need for ProPage – and
therefore, for PageSetter-II. I think it was called ATC or ATDC – just
three or four letters. If you have trouble locating it, tell me, and I'll
get the exact title for you.

Betty, I have downloaded that and it doesn't look like something I can use
with PageSetter. It only makes .metric files for screen representations of
actual Adobe fonts (for ProPage to use the Adobe fonts when printing?). As
far as I can tell, no actual CG files are created, and that is necessary in
PageSetter-II (unless, of course, you are using normal bitmap fonts).
