The software is included in the Toaster price. According to reports
here and in the mags the software WILL NOT be sold stand alone.

I am sorry for the delay on a reply, but Roy gave you the answer to
your question (Thanks Roy!). The Video Toaster, with ToasterPaint and
LightWave3D will hoof a suggested retail of $1595.
