AmigaDOS lets you select proportional fonts for icons, menus and the
like. However, can you use colorfonts? (I'm thinking of taking advantage of
the default shades of grey in the ADOS 2.0 Workbench to use an anti-aliased
font)
Also, how much support is there for the Really High Resolution modes?
Are there programs that work with it NOW? I'm thinking word processors,
mostly.
I have used colorfonts for icons, menus, etc. The program has to be
written to accept them, though, and many are not yet properly written. LOTS
of software is going to work fine in 2.0, but will default to the old font
sizes rather than the user chosen ones. Eventually, it will all catch up.
