I do believe that once CVTAVI has produced a series of numbered .TGAs, you
can use ANICONV (comes with Animator Pro) to convert them to a .FLC.
That's the slow way. Use NUMPIC in the POCO menu to bring in a series of
sequentialy numbered images as a flc automatically.
