A few weeks ago you folks posted a series of messages highlighting the new
features in R3 of 3DS. Like a good fan, I printed it out and wowed my friends
with it…. until one of them took it for himself. (DOG)
I have been asked to put together a preview article of sorts for our local
SIGGRAPH chapter and was wondering if you could please resend that and/or send
me a press kit on the new release (preferably with a video tape, GRIN!)?

Dan, the list of R3 features is up in DL9 as 3DSR3.TXT (or something like
that).
Regarding the press kit… I don't have anything to do with that stuff. For
press kit information, contact Garth Chouteau (the pr guy) at Autodesk
(415/332/2344). He'd know whether or not the tapes are currently available.
(note that the tapes are about to go back into duplication, and I'm sure that a
great quanitity of them will be available within 2-3 weeks)
