I must have missed all the precious messages, but this entrigues me. I have a Viper 2MB. I tried the included drivers with little success. I ended up just using VESA drivers. Now 3DS cannot Render_View_Flic. (well it can but it looks like garbage – completely illegible) Was there some kind of trick that you all just figured out? -KT

Keith, No detailed help, but, I too have a Viper w/ 2MB and have ver 1.0 driver software. I noticed they just upgraded it. You might want to concider downloading it to see if it helps. I know it's available on their BBS, but I haven't checked to see if it's in their forum here (GO DMNDONLINE). JP

Following these instructions should allow you to play flics under 3DS with your Viper: When you configure 3DS, make sure that you answer NO to the question of whether or not your computer has a VGA/SVGA board. Before running 3DS, run VPRMODE VESA to load the VESA tsr. 3DS does its flics playback direct to the hardware through VESA support, not through the adi driver. Thats about it. Let me know if this doesn't work. -Chris Panacea
