It's difficult to tell. Those of us who have grown attached to our Model
100's, or value their performance highly, often balk at selling them for less
than the value we place upon them. Old friends are hard to part with for less
than the cost of a good evening on the town.

On the other hand, $1000 wmight get me deliver a nice smaller, bggigger-screened
MS-DOS laptop that would serve my purposes: modeming, word processing,
and acting as a debugging monitor for other computers…
