I just added a GVP G-force 040 accelerator to my 2000. On testing A-Max II
(v2.51) I get a message about Rom checksum errors. I've tried reseating the
board but no change. Any clues? The system was working well with my previous
accelerator (IVS Vector, that now goes into the machine at work). I took
appropriate anti-static precautions while I had my 2000 open.
Another message mentioned the Readysoft BBS but didn't give the number. I
hadn't heard about that. Could someone post it please.
