I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your company's service and technical support. I needed to compile some animations for this week and had tried to get a copy of ImageF/X. But it was going to take days for the local dealers to get it in. Then I saw your mention of a competitive upgrade to ImageMaster R/T. I phoned last Friday and explained my panic and your sales person got the software out that day on a next day courier. In setting up IM and using it this week (I'd never used IM at all before) I ran into a few problems and received unfailingly polite support from your tech support fellow, Dave. (He even phoned back when he said he would, zounds!) I didn't actually get an animation from framestores as I had intended, the software proved unco-operative, no idea if it was it or me, but I re-rendered using RGB images and everything worked fine. I'm still a bit foggy about what some of the buttons do due to the er, spartan descriptions in the online manual — but hey, I got the job done. If you had waited for a comprehensive manual, I wouldn't have been able to make my presentation. Thanks again, Barbara

Barbara; I can't say that I am surprised at the performance of BlackBelt as a company but I know that since I like to hear reports like your I can just imagine what it must be like for the folks at BlackBelt. It is a rather complex little puppy isn't it 🙂 -bill

You're very welcome. FYI: We have located what the problem was in your particular case, and it is fixed. Dave's got you on the list for maintainance upgrades, I know, so you'll have the fix early next week. It was a pretty silly blooper on our part, no fault of yours. The "spartan" descriptions are being expanded as fast as Dve can write. :^) –Ben …via AutoPilot
