#FLI's in Premeire

I have been using Adobe Premiere to load and synchonize FLics, and it usually works great. There is one flic, however, that causes Premiere to immediately give me an "application error integer divided by 0". I've even resaved the flic with just 5 or 6 frames (100k file or so) and it still locks up. None of my other animations (some of which are just as big) ever do this. Whats the problem?

Dave, << Premier crahing on 5 frame flic >> I don't know. Maybe contact Premier and have them trace it at their end? jonas[adesk]

I'm not sure what happened either. There might be a workaround, such as creating a blank flic of the same length and combining the 2 flics. If you still have problems and you have Animator Pro 1.3, you might try clipping the flic over time as a CEL, and then starting a fresh flic and pasting into the corresponding number of frames. We can take a look at the flic for you if you like, but so far this doesn't sound familiar.

Actually, I've found the problem to FLI's crashing in Premiere. It's due to saving an animation at speed 0. Premeire gets real confused. IF anybody else has this problem, check your play rate in APro. Dave Renneker

Dave, Thanks for this bit of information ("I've found the problem to FLI's crashing in Premiere. It's due to saving an animation at speed 0") – we'll keep it on file for others. Nik
