I'm not sure what happened either. There might be a workaround, such as creating a blank flic of the same length and combining the 2 flics. If you still have problems and you have Animator Pro 1.3, you might try clipping the flic over time as a CEL, and then starting a fresh flic and pasting into the corresponding number of frames. We can take a look at the flic for you if you like, but so far this doesn't sound familiar.
