Times can vary depending on the scene, too. Like I said, my test was a one time
example. (mileage may vary)
Are you paging? If so, the speed of your hard drive can slow you down
considerably. I've seen the same scene take 30-40% longer on a CPU that swaps
to disk vs one that has enough memory.
