#Time/Scale Question
2 messages in this thread
Anyone,
I am having problems using TIME/SCALE SEGMENT on a path in the
Keyframer. For example, I would import a circle from Shaper and use
it as a path in the Keyframer with total frames at 100. When I look
at the frames on the path, they are all evenly spaced. Now I want to
increase the number of frames to 200 frames, for instance. I use
TIME/SCALE SEGMENT, and now the 200 frames are there, but they are
not evenly spaced. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike C.
Michael,

I'm not sure if you mean that you'd like the path to
shange accordingly? Can you just Keyframer-Paths-get Shaper
again? Are you trying to import a path to a sub-segment of the
total frames and now you'd like to add more frames?
I use the "define active segment command often when creating
multiple paths for a partial piece of my animations.
It is activated when you click on the long red bar in the
keyframer. After clicking on it, when you select 10-87,
any Path-Get-Shaper will interpolate and apply the selected
polygon only to that segment. It's very handy and worth
exploring the possibilitoff
ies.
