I have just made a really cool Gothic window .gif to be used as a map to appear on each side of an 8 sided octagon tower. I'm having difficulty getting the arch to fir precisely in the center of each side. I've tried region fit-face masking and just can't get it. I believe it is a mapping problem particularly the use of a particular one necessary for an 8 sided object??? Anybody have any ideas? thanx!!

Stephen, << I believe it is a mapping problem particularly the use of a particular one necessary for an 8 sided object??? You can get in a loop incrementing/decrementing the U Offset and the V Offset and then render your tower by utilizing Render-Last in the Materials Editor. See pg. 9-53 of the r3 ref man for more details.
