Paul, Our final output is computer graphics and 2D animation. We are moving into 3D more and more. Medical Illustration is a masters level training program that involves course work in gross anatomy (the same course that med students take), histology, etc. That is the training that the Illustrator that I am replacing has. That makes it much easier for me to dictate broad concepts to her and let her take it from there, due to her fairly extensive knowledge of anatomy, etc. I am not opposed to considering someone with computer illustration and 3D experience however, and may consider that arrangement and freelance the initial medical illustration. We have a fairly extensive library at this point anyway and need to convert some of this art into CBT modules. The other requirment is relocation to Montana and that is firm. Get back to me at your convenience. Randale
