Check your printer preferences in final writer. Change to "Single Sheet"
or some such. This won't cause the printer to ask you to insert a page, it
will just use form-feeds to seperate the pages instead of the line-feeds
it will use otherwise. Needless to say, it's the form-feeds that GPFAX is
looking for to separate the pages….
