No need to apologize, Chris. It's just that due to my constant state of overload, I can only handle one or two questions at a time; and I get between 30-60 pieces of personal email PER DAY between Autodesk's internal mail system and CIS (that doesn't include ASOFT messages). When a message like yours comes along, I'm just not equipped to deal with it. Re "what type of companies use 3DS"… we made 3DS to be generally useful to anyone who needs to visualize anything (within reasonable limits). Our design philosophy was not to make a tool for any particular "type" of company… It's designed to be useful to folks in a wide variety of disciplines. – G

Thanks for your help. If you have to answer all those messages, when do you find time to run the company? No need to answer! HA! I can identify with being overloaded! I work for a surveying company and I am a crew chief. Up to this point, we do all manual drafting. Our company just bought AutoCad 12 for Windows along with a surveying third-party software from Eagle Point. I am the only one there with Autocad experience and I've had experience using Softdesk's third party surveying software. I've got to load all the software, get them up and running, figure out Eagle Point and will probably end up showing our draftsman how to use them. I think my boss expects me to be able to do this in a week's time! Thanks again, Chris
