I have a Willow Peripherals VGA-TV GE/O video card for sale. This card allows
NTSC in and out. It is a full size 16 bit Super VGA board that performs all
VGA functions and allows output video or S-video. It also provides genlocks
and overlay capability when connected to an NTSC standard composite video
source. Graphics is 640 by 480 with 256 colors. I have the users manual and
