I am currently doing a reconstrution of auto accident. I would
appreciate any information concerning lawsuits whcih incorporated
anmation as evidence. case numbers and states would be appreciated. I
am in Florida but would be interested in any cased on the books.

There was article in the ABA Journal/December 1989 that covered the
Delta 191 crash in Dallas-Fort Worth. In the article it references a
few cases and Federal Rules of Evidence. I have an extra copy if you
would like me to send it to you. My largest case is #80,932 in Rogers
county of Oklahoma. Scott O'Dell Hinds vs. Warren Transport Inc..
