I'm trying to connect a second HD floppy unit to my A4000 with no success. Always appears a DF0:??? and DF1:??? icons on the Wb screen. I've tryed to change the IDs of the floppy drives but nothing changes. Any suggestions? Thanks for any advice. Jose L. Gonzalo

Jose ?? Hmmm sound spanish to me…. 🙂 Check jumper J351 on your motherboard, J351: DF1 Enable Closed: Enable low-density (880K) floppy as DF1. Open: No DF1 *OR* for high-density (1.76M) DF1. Good luck, *** Juan Ferrin from Belgium with AUTOPILOT V1.8 ***

Gracias Ferrin. >>Check jumper J351 on your motherboard, That jumper is on its factory position, Open. I also tried to connect a low density floppy and changing that jumper, but It didn't work too. Do you have 2 internal floppys in your A4000? Some other suggestions? Salu2 desde Espana. Jose L. Gonzalo
