I keep getting an Invalid Normal Array message everytime I render an image. My dealer has told me that it is caused by a bad import from AutoCAD, but the problem still exists when I try to render the 3DS files that ship with 3-D studio. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

….Invalid Normal Array… This is a symptom that something has corrupted your 3DS.EXE file. First, check your system for viruses very carefully. Then, once you're absolutely certain that you're virus-free, reinstall the software from the master disks. If the problem persists after that, go back to your dealer and get another set of master disks.

>>Can anyone help me solve this problem? "Invalid Normal Array" is most commonly triggered when the 3DS software has been modified for the purpose of dongle removal. Are you using a hardware lock with your 3DS package? If so, and you are using a registered legal copy then you also may have a corrupted 3DS.exe file caused by a virus. You should contact your dealer and get a new set of diskettes for installation as well as disinfect your system for viruses.
