Try using DXFOUT and adjusting the DXF-ARC-DEGREES = to a lower number, that
may help. I presume it's the perimeter of objects against the background you
want smoother, not the surface of the object?
Do you use Optimize after creating dense objects? It might be worthwhile to
keep the mesh density reasonable if you're importing with such high settings?
