Resolution for video

Hi there, in the next three weeks, I have to render an animation to a VHS-video. For this job I installed a little WfW 3.11 render-network. The PVR with the captureboard has arrived last week but isn't installed yet because of a fast job over the weekend. So, i don't have much time for the animation to video and testing the PVR. – Are there any hints, tips or tricks to use in a video production with the PVR? – What is a good resolution for a normal VHS-video in PAL? Means good looking animation but not years of rendering? – Do I better use field-rendering or motion blur? Is the default motion blur enough for video (the scene is a detailed supermarket inside and outside, camera is moving around)? ANY HINTS ARE GREATLY WELCOME! Thanks. Claus Diekmann
