On the premiere episode of MTV's "Unfiltered," a news show featuring video shot
by MTV's own viewers (supposedly), there was a segment on/by a software pirate
/ hacker, who at one point showed a scrolling screen of a file directory from a
pirate BBS. At one point, he pointed at the half-dozen Zips labelled "3D Studio
R4" and exclaimed, "some of this software costs upwards of FIFTY or SIXTY
dollars," explaining why pirates stole software. 🙂
