Andrew, I just had a Micropolis 2210A go bad within a year of purchase. Micropolis was great about it. For a $50 charge they sent a replacement drive and had me place my bad drive in the new drives packaging and send it back to them (the $50 covered all shipping). They even provided labels for the box and box tape to tape everything together. By far the best experience I have ever had with anyones return/replacement policy. Paul

Paul, I'm really glad to hear that. I have dealt with some places that acted like it was my fault and that they were to busy to be bothered with my problems. Thanks for the info, Andrew

You may not be aware that the replacement drive you received is a re-manufactured drive. So for $50 you get a quick service and used equipment. But don't worry, my "transplant" has been working great for several months! — James — Choreo Motion —
