Andrew,
I just had a Micropolis 2210A go bad within a year of purchase. Micropolis was
great about it. For a $50 charge they sent a replacement drive and had me place
my bad drive in the new drives packaging and send it back to them (the $50
covered all shipping). They even provided labels for the box and box tape to
tape everything together. By far the best experience I have ever had with
anyones return/replacement policy.

Paul,
I'm really glad to hear that. I have dealt with some places that acted like it
was my fault and that they were to busy to be bothered with my problems.
Thanks for the info,
Andrew
You may not be aware that the replacement drive you received is a
re-manufactured drive. So for $50 you get a quick service and used equipment.
But don't worry, my "transplant" has been working great for several months!
