yep I know the big G's a clever guy, and all the little pixies in the north pole (Autodesk) are busy makig MAX the best thing ever, <<<<<<<<<But…>>>>>>>>>>>>> Learning 3D's is a big job, all those manuals, Inside 3D's etc, having to come here for all those little problems etc, and of course Max is about a different from 3D's R4 as it can get, How about.. A: Animated help files with voices etc on a CD-ROM, B: all the manuals e.g. Tutorial manual as a in built cue card system C: A shareware Help builder for Max, so we can all make little demos on how to do a certain job, just think, you could ask a question here then people could make a little demo on how to do it and send it to you, plus IPAS makers could build there own help files and as new add-ons come out they would be covered, surely you (Autodesk) would save a fortune on printing all the manuals etc, and this forum would become even more productive. D: Third parties could make alternate course covering things such as "How to make SFX, Starships, animated dinoaurs etc, instead of those costly video productions they hav todo now. Perhaps all these is already planned, they all was say he G' is omnipotent etc, Wishing to the genie.. Matt and Greg 😉
