Having just installed NT this morning, I am in search of the beta Windows 95 shell for NT as I am _way_ too addicted to the W95 interface to live w/o it. I've heard that it is available here on CIS but I'm clueless as to where to find it. Can some kind soul point me towards the GO word and/or file name that I need. Muchos gracias amigos! – ej

Ernie, GO MSDR – It's in lib 15, filename: I386-SH.ZIP, about 2.3Mb To install the new shell, go into your newshell directory and type shupdate. To uninstall the new shell, go into your newshell directory and type shupdate -Mike

Mike, << To uninstall the new shell, go into your newshell directory and type shupdate >> You forgot the /u after shupdate. Mark

Ernie, OOPS! A typo here the "-u" got clipped off of shupdate. >>To uninstall the new shell, go into your newshell directory and type shupdate<< To uninstall the new shell, go into your newshell directory and type shupdate -u. -Mike
