I'm trying to copy a few map files from my CD-ROM (Inside 3D Studio) onto my
hard drive. The book reads…you can copy the images you need to a
subdirectory on the map paths. Can somebody explain how to do this? Thanks
Yes,
you should create a directory somewhere in your 3DS directory (or somewhere
else for that matter) and add this directory (path) in the file 3DS.SET. In
this way you don't have to re-adjust the map-paths every time you start 3DS.
