If this has not been solved yet, try downloading and installing the latest OLE 2.1 or whatever the latest version is from the Microsoft Download Library. — Joel Rea @ M&M Communications Concepts

Joel, Thanks for the tip. I had already done that. The problem is half fixed now but there still is some mystery. Thanks, Alec Jason
