#HELP w/unsubscribe!

I'm going nuts here! I've tried every conceivable way to unsubscribe to the 3D
Studio internet mailing list. Yes I have the help file. It always returns
mail that says that I'm not a member of the list. I've used my full name, my
logon name, and my email address. Does anyone have a clue about this? I'm
leaving the country for a week on Wednesday and I don't relish the amount of
mail I'll have when I get back!

I moved your "internet unsubscribe" question to the Marketing section and
forwarded it to Kathy Clinton who will either know the answer or be able to
find out. Hope we can get you an answer before Wednesday.

I think you create a message with the words
subscribe 3dstudio
and you just send it to majordomo@autodesk.com
It might require you to add your name at the end. It'll either kick back a
message telling you you're subscribed, or it'll kick back a message telling you
how messed up you are with archaic instructions for correcting yourself.
I solved my unsubscribe problem……..
